I spent five-plus years at Apple as a One to One trainer, where I learned something more valuable than any technical skill: how to translate complex technology into plain English for real people with real problems.
Now I do that work independently. All Tech Connect isn't a call center, a franchise, or a marketplace. It's me, working directly with you. I come to your home, I meet you where you are, and I don't move on until you feel confident.
