Service notes.

The fine print, written in plain English.

A remote session includes up to 60 minutes of focused tech help via Zoom, Zoho Meeting, FaceTime, phone, or another agreed method. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. Issues requiring extensive research, third-party vendor support, account recovery, hardware repair, or in-home work may require an additional session or separate quote.
Monthly plans include the number of sessions listed. Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing. Light text and email support covers simple questions, scheduling, basic guidance, and follow-up clarification. Troubleshooting that requires screen sharing, step-by-step support, or research may count as a session or be billed separately.
Backup support includes setup, review, and periodic check-ins. It does not guarantee data recovery or replace the customer's responsibility to maintain active backup services and account access.
Evening appointments may be available by request up to 9pm. After-hours availability is not guaranteed unless specifically included in your plan or agreed in advance. Response times apply during normal business hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–7pm Central) unless otherwise stated.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or booking fee. For in-home appointments, the visit fee may be retained if the appointment is canceled after travel has begun or if the client is unavailable at the scheduled time. All Tech Connect understands that emergencies happen and may make exceptions at its discretion.
All Tech Connect provides light business tech support, setup help, training, documentation, and advisory support. It does not replace managed IT, emergency support, cybersecurity monitoring, network administration, or full-time help desk coverage unless specifically agreed in writing.

Common questions.

Do I need a Pack or a Plan?

Choose a Pack if you have a specific project or want prepaid sessions without a monthly commitment. Choose a Plan if you want ongoing support, priority access, and peace of mind throughout the year.

Are Packs and Plans remote or in-home?

Both include remote sessions by default. If you need in-home help, you can use an included session and add the $75 in-home visit upgrade.

Do monthly sessions roll over?

Monthly sessions do not roll over by default unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do Plans include unlimited text and email support?

No. Plans include light support for simple questions, scheduling, basic guidance, and follow-up clarification. Troubleshooting that requires screen sharing, research, or step-by-step support may count as a session or be billed separately.

Do you guarantee data recovery?

No. Backup support includes setup, review, and periodic check-ins. It does not guarantee data recovery or replace the customer's responsibility to maintain active backup services.

Do you provide business IT support?
